Jeeva Kumaran is a skilled Health and Safety professional with over 22 years of experience. As the Lead Specialist at Ma’aden Aluminium, Jeeva is instrumental in Managing and Implementing Industrial Hygiene programs to ensure and safeguard the health and well-being of employees and contractors. Mr. Fahad A. Al-Harbi is a seasoned EHSS leader with a proven track record in driving sustainable and safe operations. As the Director of Environment, Health, Safety, and Security at Ma’aden Aluminium, Mr. Fahad oversees a diverse team, implementing strategic initiatives to enhance safety culture, prioritize employee well-being, and minimize environmental impact. With a strong focus on ESG, he leads the charge in achieving operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and long-term sustainability.

Mr. Fahad is well recognized for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership style initiative called “Nobody Gets Hurt”. This initiative has spearheaded transformational improvements that resulted in optimal progress in Safety performance, Environmental Stewardship, and Employee engagement.

Mr. Fahad previously worked at PIF (Public Investment Fund) and SHARQ (a SABIC affiliate where he has contributed to developing and executing environmental and climate change strategies. Osama is a Loss Prevention Supervisor working for Turnaround and Construction Safety Support Unit at Saudi Aramco. He has 11 years of industry experience in safety and loss prevention. Osama holds a Master’s degree in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University (Texas, United States), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of New Brunswick (New Brunswick, Canada).”

Mr. Drew Hall is an Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Professional with twenty one years of experience in the oil and gas industry. I am currently a Operational Excellence and Compliance Team Leader for the Unconventional Resources Completion Operation Department with Saudi Aramco and my previous employers include Hess Corporation and Halcon Resources Corporation. I have an undergraduate degree in Forestry from Colorado State University and a Masters Degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. My background is primarily in support of onshore oil and gas production, drilling and well servicing. I have HSE support for onshore conventional fields in West Texas and Algeria, offshore deep water fields in Equatorial Guinea, and onshore unconventional fields in North America and Saudi Arabia. In the last 13 years I have supported unconventional field development related to completion operations including well stimulation, coiled tubing, wireline and well testing operations. I have a passion for process safety and behavior based approaches to safety.

Dimos is a Lead Loss Prevention Engineer with more than 20 years on HSE related experience in Oil & Gas Industry. He developed risk management skills and risk-based data analytics when employed by DNV and Risktec Solutions. He was also a Specialist Inspector for Health and Safety Executive, HSE, in United Kingdom for Major Hazard Installations and Cross-Country Transmission Pipelines.

He received his BSc in Chemistry from University of Ioannina (Greece), his MSc in Environmental Technology and PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Manchester (UK). He is a Certified Functional Safety Engineer and continues developing his skills in other areas such as Business Administration and Process Safety Management.

Hussain has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Wisconsin , US and a Master of Science in Engineering Process Safety and Loss Prevention from the University of Sheffield, UK. He is working as a process safety engineer for the past fourteen years with experience in oil and gas facilities at different process lifecycles including projects, pre-commissioning and in-service facilities. Hussain is also a certified process safety professional from CCPS and a certified functional safety engineer from TUV Rhineland. Currently, he serves as the process safety group leader at Loss Prevention in Saudi Aramco, overseeing the corporate process safety strategy.
